The Static Roof is a versatile multi-purpose roofing system, which consists of a steel frame with either a pvc roof sheet or a steel profile covering. Both roof coverings are available in a range of colours. Typical applications include storage of aggregates, salt and recyclables.

Advantages to Static Roof:

  • Quick to install
  • Re-locatable
  • Can be mounted on pre-cast concrete blocks, solid concrete walls or RSJ uprights
  • Lightweight galvanised structure
  • Adjacent units can be added utilising common wall
  • Eliminates rain water contamination from product
  • Unlimited length
  • Can be extended in length


Building Sizes:

  • Width: 6.0m to 12.0m span in 1.0m increments (other widths are possible, but have to be custom built)
  • Length: Unlimited length, the maximum bay width is 3.6m, but there is no restriction on the number of bays you can have
  • Height: 1.5m above the supporting wall

Structural Information:

  • Steel frame is hot dipped galvanised
  • Roof covering Scandinavian sourced PVC fabric with a life expectancy of 15 years or steel profile sheets
  • Typical extras are: End Cover Sheets and Guttering
